Mr. Pranav Krishna was known to be a senior Metallurgist from TECH NASA Texas USA. He is been in this business for more than 9 years. He served this company as HR Finance for almost 7 years. Oversee the financial and HR activities of the programme. Responsibility for the accounting functions required to provide accurate and timely information on the financial status of the programme to donors, headquarters (HQ), field management and field teams. Organise and further develop the financial processes, managing the finance team, providing coaching and training as required. Recruit the national Human Resources staff. Oversee the staff policy development, the co-ordination of training and general staff well-being. Over all, the position will be split into approximately 70% finance and 30% HR task.
